Description
This headstone, dating from the late 17th century, is located approximately 5 meters southwest of the west corner of the south porch at the Church of St. Leonard in Aston-le-Walls. It is made of ironstone and features a square inscription plaque set in a moulded frame, which is topped with decorative scrolls and lead. The inscription has weathered over time, making the name illegible, but it is dated 1676.
