This outbuilding, located approximately 4 metres south of Trafford Bridge Farmhouse, dates back to the 18th century and was originally used as a laundry. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and limestone, topped with a slate roof and featuring a brick stack. The building is one storey high and consists of one bay. The entrance, which faces the farmhouse, has a wooden lintel and a plank door. On the right side, there is a three-light window with a wooden lintel and an iron casement that holds leaded panes. The roof is half hipped. The interior has not been inspected. This outbuilding is included in the listing for its group value with the farmhouse.
