Description

This barn, dating from the 18th century, is located approximately 8 meters northeast of Moat House Farmhouse. It is constructed of red and grey brick arranged in a chequered pattern and features a corrugated iron roof. The barn consists of two bays, with a carriage entrance in the left bay that has a wooden lintel and a double plank door. The gable ends are stone-coped and include kneelers. Inside, there is an old tie beam, while the other roof timbers were added in the 20th century. The barn is included in the listing for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
