Description

26 Manor Road is a cottage dating from the 18th century, likely built using cob construction. It features pebbledash walls and a thatched roof, with flanking pebbledash stacks. The cottage is two storeys high, with an attic and consists of two bays. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light casement windows with wooden lintels, while the first floor has similar 2-light windows. The right side of the building has been rebuilt in brick, and the left gable end is weatherboarded. There is a 19th to 20th-century extension on the left, which has pebbledash walls, a slate roof, and a rendered stack. This extension is one storey high and also has two bays, with casement windows that have wooden lintels. The entrance at the rear features a wooden lintel and a plank door. The interior has not been inspected.
