Description
No. 45 Church Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared ironstone and features a tile roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. To the left of the center, there is a 20th-century glazed door. The cottage has two-light casement windows on both the ground and first floors, all of which are topped with timber lintels. The corners of the building are accentuated with quoins.
