Description

No. 45 Church Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared ironstone and features a tile roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. To the left of the center, there is a 20th-century glazed door. The cottage has two-light casement windows on both the ground and first floors, all of which are topped with timber lintels. The corners of the building are accentuated with quoins. This cottage is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
