Description
The gates and lodges at Easton Neston date from the early 19th century and were altered in the 20th century. They feature timber double five-bar gates and railings, which are flanked by lodges made of coursed squared ironstone. The lodges have hipped slate roofs and stone lateral stacks, arranged in a T plan. They are two stories tall with three-window ranges and are symmetrical in design. Each lodge has a central 20th-century door facing the drive, flanked by 20th-century casement windows. The first floor also has similar windows, all with flat-arched heads. The lodges have canted ends and a wing at the rear. These structures are included for their group value.
