Description

This headstone, dating from the mid-17th century, is located approximately 3 meters south of the southeast angle of the south aisle of the Church of St. Botolph. It is made of sandstone and features a shaped top with a prominent inscription dedicated to Christopher Place, a yeoman who died in 1667.
