Description
Lock Number 19 is an early 19th-century lock located on the Grand Union Canal in Stoke Bruerne. It was restored in 1876 and again in the 20th century. The structure is built from red and blue brick and features timber swing gates. This double-width lock has both upper and lower double gates, as well as side pounds. It is part of a flight of seven locks.
