Description

This chest tomb, dating from the 18th to early 19th century, is located approximately 1 meter east of the chancel of the Church of St. Mary in Culworth. It is constructed from ironstone and features panelled sides. The tomb has angle balusters with gadrooned bases and includes a fragmentary inscription that dates to 1807.
