Description
Dalmar House is an early 18th-century house located on the north side of Culworth High Street. The building is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and ironstone rubble, with a tile roof, flanking brick, stone and rendered slacks. It is of nine storeys and has an attic. The central doorway has a 19th-century gabled timber hood, a wood lintel, and a four-panel door with an overlight. There are three-light windows with wood lintels and old iron casements on either side of the doorway. The three-light windows in the outer bays on the first floor have stone lintels and old iron casements, alongside a single-light casement window with a stone lintel in the centre. A coped gable end with kneelers is present on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
