Description
Paddocks Farm Guest House is an early 18th-century house located on the south side of Culworth High Street. It is constructed of coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, with the right side featuring limestone banded with ironstone. The building has a slate roof and a central brick and stone chimney stack. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has two bays. The central doorway is topped with a wooden lintel and features a half-glazed four-panel door, which is sheltered by a gabled timber porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light casement windows with wooden lintels, and similar windows are found on the first floor. The gable ends are coped and have kneelers. To the left, there is an 18th-century extension made from similar materials, which is one storey high and has one bay, featuring a three-light casement window with a wooden lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
