Description
Lock Number 7 on the Northampton Arm of the Grand Union Canal is a lock built around 1815, which was restored in 1888 and again in the 20th century. It is constructed from red brick and features timber and metal gates. The lock is single-width, with a single metal upper gate and double timber lower gates. It also includes an overflow channel. This lock is part of a flight of 12 locks on the Northampton Arm of the Grand Union Canal.
