Description
Lock Number 11 on the Northampton arm of the Grand Union Canal is a lock built around 1815 and restored in 1891 and the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features timber and metal gates. This is a single-width lock, equipped with a single metal upper gate and double timber lower gates. It is part of a flight of 12 locks on the Northampton arm of the Grand Union Canal.
