Description
Wootton Mill Farmhouse is a 17th-century building located on the northwest side of Towcester Road. It is constructed of squared rubble with flush ashlar quoins and features a Welsh slated roof that has a cyma recta stone cornice and stone copings on the kneelers of the side elevation gables. The farmhouse is designed in an L shape, with two storeys and attics, and includes three gabled sash dormers. On the first floor, there are three 19th-century sash windows, while the ground floor has two wide modern casement windows. A modern stone porch has been added to the entrance. Wootton Hill Farmhouse is part of a group that includes the West Barn and East Barn.
