Description
This is a row of six headstones located approximately 5.5 meters west of the tower of the Church of All Saints. The headstones date from the late 17th century to the early 18th century and are made of ironstone and limestone.
The leftmost headstone features a panel framed by twisted columns, topped with drapery swags and a head, and is dated 1755, although the name is not legible. The second headstone from the left has an inscription plaque framed by drapery swags and a winged head, dated 1680. The third headstone from the left includes a plaque framed by columns and topped with leaf scrolls, dated 1712. The third headstone from the right has an oval plaque framed by scrolls and winged cherub's heads, commemorating William, with no date legible, but likely from the early 18th century. The second headstone from the right features a square plaque with a moulded frame, surmounted by drapery, scrolls, flowers, and crossbones, dated 1673. The rightmost headstone has a square plaque in a moulded frame with a skull and scrolls, dated 1694.
