Description

This sundial, likely from the 18th century, is made of limestone ashlar and is situated approximately 40 meters southeast of the south front of Drayton House. It is located in the center of the south forecourt of Drayton House, which is part of a garden that is registered at grade I. The sundial is referenced in several publications, including "Country Life" from May 20, 1965, and "Buildings of England: Northamptonshire."
