Description

Drayton House Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is built from squared coursed limestone and features a Collyweston slate roof. The building has a T-shape plan and is two storeys high. The main front has a three-window range, with a gable that breaks forward to the right. The windows are casement style and sit under wooden lintels. There are stone stacks located at the ridge and at the end of the building. The rear elevation includes a lean-to porch and three Lincolnshire dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
