House. Mid C18, altered mid C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range of C19 two- and 3-light stone mullion windows. Central part-glazed door has moulded stone surround with keyblock. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks at end. C19 lean-to and a casement window with wood lintel to rear. Interior has open fireplace with bressumer. Included for group value.
