Description
A row of six houses located on Mackworth Green, built in the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 19th century and restoration in the 20th century. The houses are constructed from regular course ironstone and feature slate roofs. They have a two-unit plan and stand two storeys high. The front facade includes an eight-window range with irregularly spaced 20th-century casements that have glazing bars and are set under wooden lintels. There are six 20th-century doors with hoods positioned between the windows. The houses retain remnants of gable parapets and have a brick stack at the ridge and at the end. The rear elevation is similar to the front, with the right corner being chamfered. The interiors have not been inspected.
