Description

The Hatton Arms Inn is a public house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed limestone and ironstone, topped with a thatched roof. The building originally had a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic and cellar. The façade features a two-window range of 19th-century casements set beneath wooden lintels, with an additional casement in the attic above, which is located under an eyebrow dormer for No. 16. A brick stack is positioned at the ridge of the roof. There is a 20th-century extension with an entrance at the rear. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to have ceiling beams and an open fireplace.
