Description

The kitchen garden wall and the attached wall and gateway to the east at Glendon Hall date from the mid-18th century. They are constructed from coursed squared ironstone and red brick. The south-east corner of the wall extends to a pier topped with an openwork limestone cap. There is an entrance doorway to the south featuring a gauged stone head. The L-plan wall to the east concludes with gatepiers that have limestone caps and ball finials. Additionally, there is a blocked gateway to the north, which also has limestone gatepiers that were originally topped with ball finials.
