Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the east side of High Street in Higham Ferrers. It is built of squared, coursed limestone and has a 20th-century plain tile roof. Originally designed with a 2-unit plan, the house features a 2-window front with a blind window in the centre. A 20th-century central entrance door is set beneath a gauged stone head. The windows are unhorned sash windows with glazing bars, also set beneath gauged stone heads. Brick stacks are located at each end of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
