Description

This is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone with a concrete tile roof. Originally planned as two rooms, it now has a three-window front. The windows are unhorned sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath wooden lintels; the window on the left-hand side of the ground floor is a fixed light. The central doorway features four panels and is also beneath a wooden lintel. Brick stacks are situated at each end of the building. Inside, both of the ground floor rooms retain remnants of open fireplaces with bressumers. The room on the left also contains stop-chamfered spine beams with run-out stops.
