Description

This dovecote, located approximately 75 meters northwest of Home Farmhouse, likely dates from the late 18th century but has earlier origins. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar and features a slate roof with a square plan. The building has a central plank door and a small oval window with a stone surround above it. At the top, there is a pyramid roof with a wooden glover at the apex. To the right, there is a 19th-century lean-to. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is reported to still have nesting boxes.
