Description

Low Farmhouse is a farmhouse located on Bozeat Road in Easton Maudit. It likely has origins from the 17th century but mainly dates from the late or mid 18th century and the 19th century. The building features regular coursed limestone with a plain-tile roof and has an L-shape plan. It stands two storeys tall with an attic. The main front has a three-window range of late 19th century casements set under shallow stone arches. A central six-panel door is accompanied by a 19th century lattice porch. To the left of the door, there is a two-light stone mullion cellar window with arch head lights. Brick stacks are located at both ends of the building. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to have panelled window reveals and a staircase with a stick balustrade.
