Description

No. 19 on Main Street is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century and the 19th century. It is built of squared coursed limestone and has a Collyweston slate roof. The house has a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. The front features a two-window range of 19th century style casements set under wooden lintels. There is a central 19th century plank door, also under a wooden lintel. Brick stacks are located at both ends of the building. The rear elevation includes two hipped eaves dormers and a 19th century lean-to extension. The interior has not been inspected. The building is shown as No. 17 on the Ordnance Survey map.
