Description
The Oundle School Clerk of Works Department Malting Workshops, dating from the 18th century, is a two-storey stone building with a hipped new slate roof and one hipped dormer. It features a hoist and has two windows on each storey, all with wooden lintels, along with a door that also has a wooden lintel. The east road elevation is three storeys high, with five windows on the top floor, one of which is blocked, and four windows on both the first and ground floors, two of which are blocked on the left side of the ground floor. There is a central double carriage doorway with a flat arch and a wooden lintel. The left quoin is cut. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the east side of North Street.
