Description

Oak Tree Cottage is a small house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with pebble-dash on the gable walls and has a slate roof with brick end stacks. The building stands two storeys high and features two bays. The windows are sash style, with a tripartite arrangement on the ground floor, and have gauged brick heads. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within a round arch, with a blocked window positioned above it.
