Description

Old Corner Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick infill, and the ground floor has been mostly rebuilt in similar brick. The front of the house includes one curved tension brace, while the rest has diagonal braces. The roof is half-hipped thatch on the front range, with a cruciform brick chimney located to the left of the center. At the rear, there is a tiled wing that forms a T-plan. The building has two storeys and three bays, with irregular barred wooden casements. A 20th-century barred and glazed door is situated between the left bays. There is also a 20th-century flat-roofed extension to the left and a 20th-century double garage attached to the corner of the rear range.
