Description
Bramley Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century, which was renovated in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with slight scantling, diagonal braces, and red and vitreous brick infill. The ground floor has been rebuilt in similar brick, while the right gable is partially tile-hung. The roof is made of old tiles with an altered pitch at the rear and has a central brick chimney. The house is two storeys high and consists of two bays. On the ground floor, there are 20th-century paired barred wooden casements, and above them are three-light wooden casements with single horizontal glazing bars. A single barred wooden light is located in the centre of the first floor. There is a boarded door to the left, and a small 20th-century single-storey extension set back to the left, along with a further extension at the rear.
