Description

This is a house, dating to the 17th century and altered in the 18th century. It is constructed of wattle and cob on a rubble stone plinth, which has been colourwashed and rendered. The roof is covered in old tiles. The house is two storeys high with two bays. A central front door is sheltered by an open gabled hood made of tiles and supported by corner posts. Sash windows are visible. There are brick eaves. A central brick stack, dating to the 17th century, indicates a ‘lobby entry’ plan. A right gable stack is also present. Later 19th-century additions extend from the rear of the property.
