Description

No. 6 Fern Lane is a 17th-century cottage built of witchert on a rubblestone base, which has been colourwashed and rendered. The cottage features a thatched roof that is half-hipped on the left side. It has two bays and stands at one and a half storeys tall. The central entrance is located in a modern porch with a lean-to roof covered in tiles. The windows are two-light casements, with the upper windows serving as eaves dormers. A central stack indicates a lobby entry plan type.
