Description
Park Lodge is a house dating from the late 16th century to the 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th century. It features a timber frame with heavy curved braces and whitewashed brick infill. The roof is tiled with raised eaves and there are brick stacks located to the right and between the main left-hand bays. The building has two storeys and an attic, comprising three and a half bays, with a half-bay on the left side.
The windows include three-light leaded casements, with four on the ground floor and three on the first floor, the latter featuring 19th-century Tudor hoodmoulds. There are also two skylights in the attic. A square porch projection between the right-hand bays is half-timbered and gabled, with leaded casements, a six-panelled top-lit door, and an open porch in front.
