Description

Tudor Cottage is a house dating from the early 17th century. It features a timber frame with curved braces, whitewashed plaster, and brick infill, along with a rendered plinth. The roof is tiled, and there are brick stacks located between the left-hand bays and at the rear right. The building has two storeys and consists of four bays. The windows are irregular 20th-century leaded designs, with paired windows on the first floor and three-light windows in the ground floor of bays one and three. There is a canted oriel window in bay two. A boarded door situated between the right-hand bays is sheltered by a gabled timber porch. Additionally, there is a Royal Exchange fire insurance plaque located in the second bay.
