Description

Little Acre is a cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century. It features a timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and a rendered gable. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there are brick chimneys at the gables. The cottage is 1½ storeys tall and has two bays. The southeast front has paired wooden casements on the ground floor and one dormer above. There is a central door, and to the right, there is a 20th-century conservatory. At the rear, the building has extensions that incorporate 19th-century outbuildings, which include an entry and porch in the angle.
