Description
Greystones is a house dating from the 17th century that has been altered over time. The two central bays feature a timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and a thatched roof, which is half-hipped over a whitewashed weatherboard garage bay to the right. To the left, there are whitewashed brick extensions that consist of one bay with a lean-to, both having tiled roofs and flanking brick chimneys. The house is 1½ storeys tall and has four bays in total. The central bays contain wooden casement windows, with a two-light window on the ground floor to the right and three-light windows in half-hipped eaves-line dormers on the left. The windows on the right side are from the 20th century. There is a central door from the 20th century and a small board door in the weatherboarded bay. The left bay features 20th-century casements and French doors.
