It is of double-depth plan, and has a rendered exterior with a 20th-century plain-tile roof and rendered brick ridge and end stacks. The house has a two-storey, four-window facade. A porch is located to the right of the centre, featuring plain pilasters to the angles, an entablature and a blocking cornice. It has 12-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors, with rusticated surrounds and key-blocked heads. Other features include a plinth, rusticated quoins, a storey band and stepped eaves. The interior was not inspected.
