Description
This barn, located approximately 80 meters north of Ibstone Manor Farmhouse, dates from the mid-18th century and underwent renovations in the 20th century. It features a timber frame that is clad in 20th-century weatherboarding, with a plinth made of flint and brick. The roof is half-hipped and covered with asbestos slate. The barn consists of four bays and has an off-centre gabled projecting cart entry. The roof trusses include raking queen posts, lack collars, and have renewed bracing to the ties. The barn is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
