Description
Telfers Cottage is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century that has been altered. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings and features 20th-century tiled roofs. The building has brick chimneys located to the right and between the left bays. It is 1½ storeys high and consists of four bays. There are narrow band courses at the first floor level and above the upper windows, with each bay having a gable facing the front. The windows are 20th-century wooden casements; those on the left have horizontal glazing bars, while those on the right have cross bars, and most windows have segmental heads. There is a 20th-century door in the center and a blocked doorway to the right. The cottage is included for its group value.
