Description

This building is a barn located 30 metres east of Ibthorpe Manor Farmhouse. It dates from the 18th century, with some late 19th-century alterations. The original structure features a timber frame consisting of five bays, one aisle, and a central entrance. The barn has been extended at the north end by three additional bays without an aisle, along with a short extension at right angles from the 19th century. It has a queen post truss supported by a brick base wall and is topped with a hipped thatched roof. The walls are boarded.
