Description

Elm Cottage is a house attached to the east end of Kilderkin, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of flint and thatch, with a front that features two storeys and two-and-a-half windows, the east side projecting forward. The walls are accented with brick quoins and verticals. The property includes mullion and transom windows. At the east end, there is a 20th-century four-glazed porch with a thatched roof, and at the rear, there is a 20th-century brick porch with a hipped tile roof.
