Description

Noble's Farmhouse is a house that was rebuilt around 1980, incorporating two medieval cruck trusses. The building is constructed of flint with brick dressings and features a tiled roof with brick chimneys on the right side and between the left bays. It has one storey and an attic, consisting of three bays, with the left bay set slightly back. The windows are 20th-century barred wooden casements; the ground floor has two-light windows flanking a three-light window, along with a single light window aligned with the chimney. All these windows have segmental heads and are adorned with ornamental tiles and squared stones above them. The upper storey includes a skylight in line with the chimney and two paired windows in tile-hung gabled eaves-line dormers. The entrance is located in 20th-century extensions at the rear. Inside, there are two cruck trusses, both with blades that terminate above the collar, with the right truss being taller than the left.
