Description
This barn, located to the southwest of Number 5 at Grange Farm, dates from the 17th to early 18th century. It features a timber frame with brick infill, including some 19th-century panels decorated with blue diamonds. The rear wall has been rebuilt in brick. The roof is made of corrugated asbestos and includes three transparent panels. The structure consists of three bays, with an additional half bay between the right-hand bays. There is a cart entry and a high barred window on the right side, along with two hayloft doors on the left. Inside, the barn has queen strut trusses and diagonal wind-braces. At the right end, there is a lean-to that has weatherboarding on a timber frame and a corrugated iron roof.
