Description

This is a small house dating from the late 16th to 17th century, and altered subsequently. The ground floor has been rebuilt in brick, while the first floor retains a timber frame with curved and diagonal bracing and brick infill. The roof is thatched, topped by a central brick chimney. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. It features old leaded casement windows: a four-light window to the upper left, and other three-light windows. A ledged board door is located to the right of the left-hand bay. The right gable has a similar three-light casement window on the ground floor and a small square leaded oriel window on the first floor. A later lean-to has been added to the rear.
