Description

This is an 18th-century bank, originally a house, located on the south side of High Street, Wendover. The building is rendered in painted stucco, with an old tile roof and a brick stack on the left. It has two storeys and a three-bay facade featuring barred sash windows. The outer bays have four-pane windows, while the central bay has two panes. The ground floor has three-light sash windows on either side and a central entrance with a six-panel wooden door. The door surround includes reeded pilasters, a frieze panelled with a diamond motif, carved scroll brackets, and a flat hood.
