Description

Pymont Cottage, comprising numbers 91, 93, and 95 on Amersham High Street, is an early 19th century building of red brick with a slate roof. It features three large box dormers and wooden coved eaves. The building is two storeys high. Number 91 has a shopfront. Number 93 features a half-glazed door and a sash window on the ground floor, with three sash windows on the first floor. Number 95 has a 6-panel fielded door, set within a surround of pilasters, a pulvinated frieze, and a dentilled cornice. It also has a modern 4-light transomed casement window to the left, and two similar 2-light windows to the first floor. The building is included on the list for its group value.
