Description

Barncroft is an 18th-century barn that was converted into a house in 1982. It is timber framed and weatherboarded, with a roof of old tiles. The barn sits on brick and flint basement walls. A cart entry facing the road has been glazed, and there is a gabled porch on the yard side. Inside, the barn has four bays and a single-purlin roof supported by struts. Due to the sloping site, the interior is at two levels. Modern doors, windows, and internal alterations have been made.

An attached range at the southwest corner has a flint and brick wall facing the road, weatherboarding on the yard side, and a roof of old tiles. It features a gabled lift entry on the road side and connects to "Threshers Barn" next door.
