Description

Cobwebs is a house dating from the 17th to early 18th century, with some alterations. The building features some timber framing at the rear of the right bay and left gable, while the rest is constructed of rubble stone and brick, partly colourwashed. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the right and includes three brick chimneys. The house is 1½ storeys high and has four irregular bays. The ground floor has four irregular 20th-century leaded casements, and the upper floor has three 20th-century three-light casements in thatch, with the centre one featuring ornamental leading. There is a 20th-century door in the third bay and garage doors to the right. A single-storey extension at an angle to the right is made of colourwashed brick with a tiled roof.
