Description

This is a house, dated 1803 as indicated by a brick stamp on the right chimney stack. It is constructed of red brick with a moulded plinth and modillion eaves, and has an old tile roof with flanking brick chimneys. The house is arranged over two storeys and three bays. The outer bays feature 19th-century three-light wooden casements; those on the ground floor have top lights and are set within gauged brick heads. The central bay has a similar two-light casement on the first floor and a six-panelled door within an architrave frame, topped with a flat wooden hood.
