Description

Woodview is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The exterior is rendered, with stone dressings and a stone slate roof. The building is arranged around a central staircase and has three storeys, presenting a double-fronted appearance. A mid-20th century trellis wooden porch shelters the central entrance, which has plain jambs and a segmental arched lintel with a decorative imitation keystone. The entrance door is four-panelled, with the upper two panels glazed. There are two windows on each floor; the ground floor windows are from the mid-20th century and have concrete sills, while the upper floor windows are two-light, flat-faced, chamfered mullioned, with 20th-century casements. Gable end ridge stacks are present.
